Ms. Lillian Conrad provides forensic consulting, as well as valuation and economic loss litigation support and expert testimony. A significant portion of her work during the past twenty years has been related to the investigation of fraudulent activities and civil litigation of large Ponzi or Ponzi-type schemes ranging from $16 million to $450 million in losses; bankruptcy and insolvency matters, and other litigation support services. She is, also, the President of Conrad Consulting Corporation, a Florida Certified Public Accounting firm.
Ms. Conrad earned a Master of Science in Management degree from Purdue University and certificate from Stonier Graduate School of Banking. She is a licensed Certified Public Accountant in Florida and Missouri and a member of the Florida and American Institutes of CPA's. She has been Accredited in Business Valuation (ABV) and certified in Financial Forensics (CFF). Ms. Conrad is past Chair of the FICPA Forensic Valuation and Litigation Support Services Section Steering Committee and a member of the FICPA Accounting and Auditing Standards and State and Local Government Sections. She currently is a member of the Board of the Volusia County Chapter, FICPA and serves on the Elder Planning and Services Committee at the State level. Ms. Conrad is a member of the National Association of Valuation Analysts, and Association of Certified Fraud Examiners; she is an accredited Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE), and "Certified Internal Auditor" and "Chartered Bank Auditor".
Her most significant current volunteer activities are through SCORE and directed toward assisting small businesses grow and achieve profitability in the recovering economic environment. She is a member of the local Chapter Board and Community Relations Manager for the SE Volusia Community. She is the SCORE member of the Southeast Volusia Chamber of Commerce. Ms. Conrad is a member of the Economic Development Advisory Board for the City of New Smyrna Beach.
