Amy Jamison-Stewart

Amy has been a resident of Central Florida for 26 years. She has resided in New Smyrna Beach for 5
years now. She graduated Seminole State College under the Honors Program and pursued a degree in
Political Science at the University of Central Florida. Most of Amy’s career has been spent in the
hospitality industry working for multi unit management companies and franchise operations. Currently,
Amy is the General Manager at Off the Hook, Raw bar and Grill, in New Smyrna Beach. Amy is married
with 4 children and 1 grandchild. All are attending New Smyrna Public Schools or working in New
Smyrna Beach local businesses. While managing Off the Hook, Amy has implemented environmentally
friendly practices and is currently encouraging other restaurants to do the same. She is a supporter of
the Surfrider Foundation, partners with the Marine Discovery Center, The Sea Turtle Conservancy in
Gainesville and Keep NSB Clean. Amy is currently a member of the Environmental and Ambassador
committees at the SEV Chamber of Commerce.
