With over 20 years of experience in special events and community engagement, Stephanie has built a career centered on connection, leadership, and impact. A graduate of the University of Florida with a degree in Performing Arts, she previously served as Special Events Manager for Easterseals Northeast Central Florida before stepping into her role as President & CEO of the Southeast Volusia Chamber of Commerce.
Stephanie is known for her strong focus on advocacy and strategic growth, leading the Chamber to achieve Certified Plus status for the first time in more than 10 years. She is a 40 Under 40 honoree, a Women in Business award nominee by the Daytona News-Journal, and an active leader on multiple nonprofit boards. She is currently earning her Institute for Organization Management credentials through the U.S. Chamber of Commerce and holds the Florida Chamber Professional designation.
Emily Sedacca
Programming & Events Director
Emily Sedacca was born and raised in our great town of New Smyrna Beach! A graduate of New Smyrna Beach High School, Emily earned her degree in Hospitality Management from the University of Central Florida Rosen College of Hospitality Management.
Emily began her journey with the Southeast Volusia Chamber of Commerce as an intern and has since grown into her full-time role as Programming & Events Director. Through her work with the Chamber, she has developed strong experience in event planning and community engagement while building meaningful relationships with local businesses, leaders and community partners.
Passionate about creating impactful experiences and supporting the local business community, Emily brings energy, creativity, and professionalism to every event and program she helps lead. Outside of work, she enjoys working out, spending time at the beach, and traveling.
Ashley Powers
Administrative Specialist
Born and raised in Volusia County, a graduate of New Smyrna Beach High School; Ashley holds an Associate of Arts degree from Daytona State College and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from The University of Central Florida. Ashley comes to the Southeast Volusia Chamber of Commerce with over seven years of professional experience in various sales and marketing roles. Her experience ranges from in-field sales management to leading scrappy start-ups to success and profitability. She is passionate about empowering those around her and equipping people with the tools and actionable strategies that inspire success. She is known as the "MacGyver" of her family and a jack-of-all-trades to those around her. She brings these same qualities and experience to the SEV Chamber as the Administrative Specialist. When not at the Chamber Ashley stays busy as the small business owner of Powers Event Management LLC and spends quality time with her husband and 2 small children.
Meredith Iannucci
Business Development & Marketing Director
Meredith comes to the Southeast Volusia Chamber of Commerce with over 15 years of professional and diverse experience in business, real estate, operations management, digital marketing, project management, and non-profit organizations. Her responsibilities have included management, operations, implementation, marketing and customer relationship management. As Business Development & Marketing Director for the Chamber, she brings this diverse knowledge and experience to the community. She is passionate about getting to know and understand the needs and challenges businesses encounter today and to provide valuable information and resources as an advocate for the business community through the Chamber.
